Learn to train an AI model to race around a track, avoid traffic and navigate through a city. 

We need to:

1. Design Your Race Car's Senses:

• Pick Your Radar Setup: Equip your AI racer with a limited number of radar directions. This is how your AI will "see" the world - by sensing distances to obstacles in those directions.

2. Craft Your Racer's Moves:

• Define the Maneuvers: Choose the set of actions your AI can take, like turning left/right by varying degrees, accelerating or  braking. These are the tools your AI will use to navigate.

3. Train Your AI Racing Champion:

• Unleash the Racers: Each generation, a batch of rookie AIs will race on the track dodging obstacles.
• Reward Smart Driving: As your AI racers compete, they'll earn points for good behavior: completing the lap quickly and avoiding crashes. Bad behavior (like crashing!) comes with penalties.
• Breed the Best: The top-performing AIs (based on points) become the parents of the next generation. 
• Witness Improvement: Watch in awe as your AIs, generation after  generation, become masters of the track.
